I am a competent and effective international Human Resources and Executive Search Consultant and Business Development manager with 25 years of professional experience and proven successes. Since January 2006 I have been conducting a broad range of senior and middle management assignments, mostly in the Industrial, Automotive, Health Care and Technology Sectors as well as in the Professional Services Field.
Prior to joining recruiting consultancy service field more almost 10 years ago, I have held various responsible positions in international sales, key account management, business development and finance. I served as a Head of Business Development with telecommunication group Tele2UTA and lead company’s expansion into Central and Eastern Europe, developing a stable customer base and creating a proven supplier network. Previously, I was Key Account and Business Development Manager with Mayr-Melnhof Packaging, Europe’s leading manufacturer of folding cartons, responsible for all aspects of business development for the company’s major accounts, both in Austria and CEE. My earlier professional roles were a Customer Finance Officer with IBM Austria, Central Europe and Russia and a Key Account Manager with Krystaltech International Inc., New York based trading house.
My excellent communication, intercultural and leadership skills combined with a profound knowledge of the business culture of Russia, the CIS-States and the countries of Eastern Europe have contributed to my outstanding track record in this fascinating environment.
Born in St. Petersburg, Russia, however now an Austrian citizen, and fluent in Russian, English and German, with good knowledge of Spanish, I received my Master’s degree from the University of Economics in St. Petersburg. I also hold B.A. of St. Petersburg Conservatoire of Music.
