Currently: Founder and CEO at EquiFi. EquiFi has created a sustainable financing instrument for homebuyers and homeowners. EquiFi can be used to reduce the amount of debt we use to buy a home or extract equity from a home. We are currently utilizing EquiFi as a non-debt alternative to reverse mortgages, and as a non-debt home financing vehicle through our Home Achiever Program where we offer teachers, nurses and emergency responders an affordable alternative to live in or near the communities they serve. EquiFi reduces debt as we co-invest with the homeowner and then manage pools of these fractional interest for investors seeking to invest in homes through a diversified fractional approach.
