Javier is an entrepreneur, speaker and mentor whose passion is to help organisations to understand and use marketing and technology to raise their awareness, visibility and clients acquisition through a digital marketing transformation. Javier is an advocate of Agile Methodologies.
Javier is currently the CEO of DMO Global Media, a digital marketing agency operating in Spain with clients in Spain, USA and Indonesia.
At the same time, Javier is helping to the EU Commission and the Innovation Fund Denmark to assess business plans of innovative projects in Europe. The outcome of the coaching is to grant European funding (More than 200 business plans have been evaluated by Javier).
Finally, Javier has founded and launched FullAnchor, a web site to help marketers to develop responsible and ethic SEO and Marketing.
Before DMO Global Media, Javier worked for more than 12 years in IT areas in different roles such as developer, IT Architect, Innovation Software Architect, Project Manager and Manager. In addition, Javier holds more than 5 years in marketing and innovation areas working like Product Developer, Marketing Director.
Javier has worked in the Banking Industry (BBVA and Bankinter), Hospitality (Sabre), Telecommunications (Telefónica), Software Development (Artica S.L) and Digital Marketing (DMO Global Media). During its career, Javier has worked in multicultural environments working in Asia Pacific and Europe. During those years, Javier managed teams up to 30 people in projects up to 2M euros. Javier holds two degrees in Computer Engineering (Bachelor degrees) and an MBA/Master in Management in MGSM, Sydney, ranked first Business School in Australia in 2015.
