Jessica Sobhraj is a 10+ year veteran of the entertainment industry and currently serves CEO of Cosynd - an easy, cost-effective, and legal way for content creators to collaboratively determine ownership of IP, monetize that IP, and minimize liability. She also serves as President of Women in Music, which is a 30 year old non-profit that provides services to 1200+ industry professionals around the world. As President, Jessica oversees WIM's rapid expansion via chapters in New York, Boston, LA, DC, Nashville, Brazil, The Caribbean, and more.
Previously, Jessica led strategic traditional licensing opportunities for music micro-licensing pioneers Rumblefish where she structured distribution networks in Africa, South America, Asia, Europe, New Zealand, and Australia. Jessica also served as the Manager of Digital Content Licensing for the performing rights organization SESAC. At the age of 18 she Co-founded Sir Groovy, an online B2B music curation and licensing company honored by Billboard, F@st Company, and more, where she established a network of content creators that spanned 90+ countries.
