Miki's talent is for making things sparkle - brands, teams, channels and products. She's much obsessed by metrics such as ratings, MAU’s, downloads, and user engagement statistics.
Before Hopster & Sandbox & Co, Miki worked at Pearson where she was responsible for the development of strategic brand direction, managing a portfolio of brands and creating brand identities for new products across five lines of business - the new brand strategy for Pearson English won five awards at Transform Awards Europe this year.
Miki started her career at MTV Networks, responsible first for youth brands (MTV, VIVA) and later for all Viacom entertainment brands across the Emerging Markets division. She oversaw the growth of EM’s Entertainment channel portfolio from two channels to seven, including successful launches in Africa, Russia, India and Israel, ending her time there as VP, Global Head of Brand and Business Development, Comedy Central International, and led the rollout of Viacom brand across EMEA, Asia, Africa and Europe.
She attended Warsaw University where she studied Journalism, Radio, Television and Digital Communication, and then attended Warsaw Centre for Journalism, studying TV Directing. She has also been a producer and director of music videos, TV commercials and TV shows.
