As a teenager, Ohad was active in the computer-art subculture known as the demoscene, developing 3D rendering engines that powered award-winning applications. He later designed software for the Israeli Air-Force's F15 flight simulation lab, and created the top-selling Checkers game for the Palm platform. Ohad was also a core member of BeInSync's team, designing and implementing the company's UI rendering engine and synchronization algorithms, prior to its acquisition by Phoenix Technologies. More recently, Ohad directed bespoke projects for larger clients through his high-end consulting/engineering firm 3D3R Software Studio which was acquired by Chegg (NYSE:CHGG) in 2011 and where he currently serves as the company's Vice President of Research & Development.
