Theodora (Theo) Lau has over 20 years of experience in championing and executing multi-million dollar programs and solutions to Fortune 100 clients worldwide. As an experienced strategist with a proven track record, Theo program managed and delivered end-to-end quality services to next generation wireless technology and telehealth providers, implementing customer-impacting initiatives across functional teams and geographic locations.
Most recently, Theo leads the financial services vertical in AARP’s Market Innovation group, which seeks to spark innovation in the public and private sectors for the benefits of 50-plus cohort. She focuses on developing and growing an ecosystem of financial institutions, corporates, entrepreneurs, and venture capitalists to better address the unmet needs of older adults. As part of her work, she regularly advises startups in both caregiving and financial space.
Theo has a BS in Chemical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and a Master of Science in Project Management from George Washington University.
